Summer Village at the Pond is a waterfront seasonal cottage community located on a 159 acre site surrounding Long-Sought-For Pond in Westford, MA. When completed, the community will feature 276 seasonal cottages; community buildings including a gym, lodge, general store, and post office; complete recreational facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball courts; and a full activities program. Construction began in July 2006 and is anticipated to be completed in 2012.
